The use of the site implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users of the site are invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption due to technical maintenance may, however, be decided by Nicolas GAUTRON, who will then endeavor to communicate to users the dates and times of the intervention.

The site is regularly updated by Nicolas GAUTRON. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they nevertheless impose themselves on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to be aware of them.

3. Description of the Services Provided.

The site aims to provide assistance in learning information technologies.

Nicolas GAUTRON strives to provide on the site information as accurate as possible. However, he cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, and deficiencies in the update, whether by him or the third-party partners who provide him with this information.

All information indicated on the site is given for informational purposes, and are subject to change. Moreover, the information on the site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been made since they were put online.

4. Contractual Limitations on Technical Data.

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. Furthermore, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an up-to-date latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting.

Nicolas GAUTRON owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.

Nicolas GAUTRON cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from using equipment that does not meet the specifications mentioned in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Nicolas GAUTRON will also not be responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or opportunity) following the use of the site

Nicolas GAUTRON reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that contravenes applicable French legislation, particularly provisions relating to data protection. 7. Personal Data Management.

In France, personal data is particularly protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

During the use of the site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user.

Nicolas GAUTRON only collects personal information about the user for the need of certain services offered by the site The user provides this information knowingly, especially when they enter it themselves. It is then specified to the user of the site whether or not they are obliged to provide this information.

In accordance with Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, every user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning them, by making their written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the document holder, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information of the user of the site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded, or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the assumption of the purchase of Nicolas GAUTRON and his rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential buyer who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of retention and modification of the data vis-à-vis the user of the site

The site is not declared to the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.

The site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of Nicolas GAUTRON. However, Nicolas GAUTRON is not able to check the content of the sites visited and therefore will not assume any responsibility for this fact.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Paris.
